Germany forward Marco Reus has signed a new contract with Borussia Dortmund until June 2023.
The 28-year-old joined BVB from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2012 in a move worth around £15m, but has been blighted by injuries throughout his six-season spell at Signal Iduna Park.
Nonetheless, Reus - whose previous deal was due to expire at the end of next season - has been shown faith by his club, amid reported interest from clubs across Europe.
After signing the five-and-a-half year extension, Reus told the official Dortmund site: "I am happy and proud to be able to announce today that I'll continue to wear the shirt of Borussia.
"Dortmund is my home, the BVB is my club. Since my childhood I dreamed in black and yellow to run and play for this club.
"This signature is a clear sign of the future. The fact that I can renew my commitment to the club today is also a thank you to our fantastic fans who have always helped me."
